How a semester works
Each semester is built around a 16-week program, in which the group develops a complete musical performance to share with family and friends. In week 17, after the show, the group comes together to talk about and reflect on the final performance.
Mixing ages is a fantastic opportunity for social skills development. Younger performers learn from older ones, older ones learn to lead, and newcomers are supported to find their feet while experienced students are given room to stretch themselves.

Michelle P, StageSong parent“Although my child has only attended StageSong classes since mid-year, the difference compared with other performing companies is already clear. Sian’s passion comes through in the care and dedication brought to every session, while Sian’s experience as an arts teacher is evident in the students’ current performance, which promises to be spectacular. With Sian’s guidance, my child has grown in confidence and is becoming a strong, independent and capable performer.”
